The mother company – “Management Construction (UK) Ltd” – with thirteen, reserved, regions and both principle cities – London and Birmingham – comprise the UK group. “Management Construction (International) Ltd” is for sale with or independently of the UK group.
The regional company -“Management Construction (North East) Ltd”, (1988 to 2013) was our working practice. Working history of the practice is detailed on our website. The practice established quickly and – through the two and a half decades – maintained a first class reputation, with clients and design consultants.. Nominated and awarded – “UK Corporate Excellence Award 2015 – Best Building Procurement Service” – established the brand across the “North East” region of the UK.
The “Management Construction” brand of Project/Construction management, is well primed, and set up, to take advantage of trading within the,reserved, regions of the UK.
Back in 1988 the name, “Management Construction” was adopted to signify, to the general public that the service was the latest, construction project, delivery service based on the professional, and collaborative, Management” of their projects.
The “Management Construction” name was immediately successful and, in over two and a half decades, our consultancy experienced little competition from traditional or DB contracting.
This sale is intended to provide a wide launch pad from which Construction/Project Managers can operate using an already proven name across UK territory reserved for the name.
Management Construction UK Ltd with all of its regions may be of interest as a franchising possibility or the regions simply used as divisions of UK Ltd.
