For sale is a cleaning business that specialises in holiday home cleaning.
As well as the cleaning there is also the general maintenance of the properties and the gardening.
In total there are 14 cottages with additional 3 that have been quoted for but i am just waiting to hear back.
We are working with a national booking agent that is recommending us to all the new cottages that they sign up.
However we are having to turn down more cottages as we can’t cope with the work load.
All the holiday lets are based within a 12 mile radios of Stalham Norfolk.
As it stands at the moment there is £9.500 of change over cleans booked in between now and the end of the year. As more bookings come through this is rising on a daily basis. On top of this there would also be the end of season cleans, carpet clean, oven cleans etc. As well as all the maintenance work and gardening.
