FRIDAY @ Brass Monkey, Victoria UK Open Mic – 7pm

(normally a Thursday, but due to the football, has been moved to a Friday for the end of June!)

Everyone gets at 2 songs in the first half; once all performers have played their first set of 2 songs, we go back around and everyone gets a second set of another 1-2 songs (depending on time).

N.B. at 10:00 pm we may go down to 1 song each if there are a lot of performers still to play (so get there early to get at least 2+ songs!)

Sign up is from 7 pm; performers get to pick their preferred slot in the order they arrive (i.e. the first person to arrive/sign-up gets to pick any slot, the 2nd person gets to pick from all but the slot the 1st person picked, etc)

We finish at 10:30 pm.

All styles welcome. Backing tracks/covers welcome (please bring any backing track on your phone/MP3 player with a normal 3.5mm headphone socket for our jack lead; we don’t have CD or USB facilities).

Please bring your own instrument/s as there isn’t a piano and the house guitar isn’t the best!
