Our role:
We are in search of a fun and friendly Finance Assistant to join our London office. The position will provide the successful candidate the opportunity to embed into a growing communications agency, working with the wider business (and with our international office) providing first line support on a range of Finance activities including purchase and sales ledger, broader administrative support as well as a range of projects to enhance and streamline our internal processes.
What we’re looking for:
Degree in Finance or Accounting (or equivalent qualification)
Proven experience working as a finance professional within a commercial finance department
Fully conversant with Excel
Someone who thrives in a busy work environment and is able to work well under pressure, to tight deadlines and effectively juggle and prioritise tasks
Someone who harbours a secret love for organisation and is fanatical about attention to detail and improving processes to create efficiencies
Someone with great problem solving skills who can work efficiently under their own direction but equally works well as a team player with a ‘role up your sleeves’ attitude
Someone with strong interpersonal skills- we’re looking for a confident, energetic and fun personality
