Found within our large Sports Bar Venue, we have a SEPERATE RESTAURANT AREA with seating for around 70-90 covers, as well as additional areas within our bar/lounge area for additional seating.
Retaurant unit has stunning large glass window frontage ona very busy main road.
You would have full control of the food operation side of the business and receive FULL payout of all food sales in both your restaurant operation AND all food sales in our bar operation.
The only cost would be a fixed weekly rental of £710 AND a FIXED weekly fee towards all bills of £700 which would include ALL bills such as rent, rates, water, electricity, gas, heating, cleaning, bins, etc etc. So a total of £1,400 per week payable with nothing else to pay.
