Are you an experienced Customer Service Assistant Manager / Team Leader?

Are you looking to work for a prestigious and well-respected organisation?

If so, a high profile and unique venue with an exceptional reputation within the Bournemouth area is seeking an Assistant Ticketing Manager due to an internal promotion. The main purpose of this position is to directly support the Ticketing Manager in day to day ticket sales and Customer Service team management.

Due to the nature of the business and clients dealt with, this role requires the upmost level of professionalism and customer service. You will be required to support staff with ticket sales both over the phone in the call centre and face to face over the counter, dealing with any escalation or complex enquiring in a calm, informative and timely manner.

You will work alongside the Ticketing Manager to ensure the customers and clients are receiving the service that is expected of this level of venue, and always looking for new innovative ideas into how this can be improved – through call monitoring, training and staff coaching.

You will also participate in and run meetings to ensure all staff are up to date with latest promotional information, press and changes that may affect their day to day queries.

This position would suit someone who….

* Has experience working as a Team Leader / Supervisor within a call center environment – management experience is essential.

* Knows how to coach, motivate and keep staff spirits high.

* Has a genuine passion for providing customer service.

* Can think on their feet and remain calm under pressure.

* Has an interest or passion for sports / experience working in a sporting environment.

* Any experience with ticketing would be a huge advantage.
