FULL TIME PAYROLL PROCESSOR FOR A BUSY FIRM OF ACCOUNTANTS IN CARDIFF

We require a payroll processor with great communication skills who is capable of producing over 1,000 payslips a month for over 250 clients who outsource their payroll function to us. We use Qtac for our payroll. As long as you have at least 3 year’s experience of payroll services using other software then we are happy to train you on Qtac. The role is available for either 6-9 months maternity cover, or permanent and can be full-time or part-time .

WHAT WILL YOU NEED TO KNOW ALREADY?

Notices of coding

SMP, SSP, and other statutory payments

Setting up and closing PAYE schemes

RTI filing

CIS schemes (useful but training will be given)

Auto enrolment

HMRC forms applicable to payroll

Holiday pay computations

WHAT PERSON ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

Ideally 3+ year;s of payroll experience
