These tilting & rotating cantilever parasols include a polyester canopy, dark anthractite/bronze frame, weatherproof cover & 140kg base, move in every direction, 360 degrees controlled by a foot pedal on the base,up and down tilt-action from a smooth sliding runner attached to the main frame and a fold down option, also using the winder on the mainframe. telescopic wheels in the base for when the whole thing needs moving, The Roma range of parasols look like they defy gravity.
