JYL are the Market leaders in the UK for free Magazine and Newspaper distribution. We locate merchandisers at different strategic points in cities in UK to distribute FREE Newspapers & Magazines to the public.
Some of our clients are: Evening Standard, Balance Magazine, Time Out Magazine and many others.
We are recruiting a temporary office assistant for our Head Quarters at Bromley By Bow to help us with our ever-increasing administrative needs.
The role will be based in a Casual Agreement contract; helping in the office those days the work flow of our campaigns requires extra staff to help allocating the distributors in the different stations all over the country.
We work Monday to Friday 9 to 5:30 pm; however, there’s no set days for this role. You will be contacted to be booked for the days the Accounts Managers require extra help on the campaigns.
What you’ll be doing:
– Data entry and updating database.
– Answering phones and providing customer service for our field marketing campaigns.
– Assisting with preparation and distribution of reports.
– General office duties.
What you need:
– Excellent communication skills, including a phone manner.
– Attention to detail, team mentality and a positive attitude.
– Great level of Excel and Word are essential.
– Experience in office roles and call centres is a plus.
We provide training.
Pay rate: £8.25 per hour plus accumulative holiday pay.
