Optymize refrains its clients from complicated and longer onboarding processes by providing a client-friendly environment as well as being quick. They onboard clients through a three-step process. Firstly, an introductory call where they understand the specific hiring needs, followed by sourcing profiles according to the client’s need within 48 hours. The last step involves the client reviewing, interviewing, and onboarding their optimal hire.

For Optymize, their process doesn’t end with providing an optimal hire. They provide constant support such as holding regular check-ins and monitoring freelancer performance. Their primary indicator of success is being their clients’ long-term partner for remote hiring. Moreover, they provide engineers who are good communicators, and willing to work during the client’s working hours.
