Gorgeous one bedroom apartment with a sofa bed accommodating four adults in total. Very close to the sea, shops, restaurants & bars. Air-conditioned, washing machine, a very large terrace with sun loungers. There is heated pool and children’s games.
Sunset Harbour Club is 200 yds from Tenerife’s Fañabe Beach. It is an attractive complex of white studios and apartments, set in tropical gardens, around an outdoor pool. You can play table tennis, and children have their own play area. There is an on-site café-bar, and you will find many shops and a supermarket within a short walk.
Few minutes by walk from the complex there is Puerto Colon harbour with all water attractions including fishing, whale and dolphin watching, jet ski, diving etc. The beach is only three minutes by foot. Around the complex are bars, restaurants, cafes, discos, shops, supermarkets. Everything you need to make your stay convenient. The Sunset has easy access to the TF-1 Motorway. Playa de las Américas, Siam Water Park and Las Américas Golf Course are within a 10-minute drive. Car and bicycle rental is possible on-site.
The apartment is fully furnished with a washing machine and the kitchen is fully equipped with oven, microwave, fridge, pots and dishes etc. Also there is a TV with various British channels, large outside space with furniture, provided linen and towels. Baby cots are also available on request. There is a double bed in the bedroom with a TV set. In the hallway you have an integrated wardrobe with a safe box inside.
Unlimited and high speed WiFi can be provided for €5 per day upon request in advance. Baby bed and high chair are also available upon request.

I live in Tenerife and look after this one and many other properties. You reserve with me and I will be the person to meet you upon your arrival and will be around to be of any assistance if needed.
**Conditions**
• Check ins after 10:00pm will have an additional charge of 20 euros.
• Upon checking in I require to leave €300 deposit against any breakages or other damages should there be any. It is fully refundable in person on the day of check out. The deposit can also be left in other currency.
