Most deliveries, set-ups and collections take place Thursday to Sunday. The items are delivered to the venue and collected the following day.

Orders come from hotels and individual customers. The company has contracts with some hotels and has a voucher system in place with others. The owners do not do any advertising now that the business is well established, as they receive a strong stream of referrals.
