Set-up in January 2017 by a husband and wife team as an online retailer of own brand, award-winning baby tracking books the business has grown considerably and now sells a broad range of high-end branded baby, toddler and children products. The product set is a mix of existing warehoused stock (approx. 12,000 units) and print on demand drop shipped products. Of the existing stock, 60% is warehoused with amazon and 40% stored in lock-up. The existing stock is worth approximately £162,000 at current retail prices and represents 18-24months coverage (at current rate of sale). The existing stock is included as part of the sale price.

Several of the businesses most popular products have a 70-80% profit margin. Please note that the year 1 and 2 strategy for the business (as a whole) was entirely focused on growth and accordingly all profits were reinvested into marketing and advertising activities.
