We are looking for a friendly, approachable, Hospice at Home Administrator for 22.5 hours per week although hours are negotiable. You will be part of a friendly, energetic and growing team who are responsible for the day to day operation of the Hospice at Home Service. You will work extensively on the telephone, taking referrals, allocating care and liaising with internal and external professionals as well as providing support to our Hospice at Home Carers.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone who thrives in a busy environment and would suit someone who is able to remain calm under pressure, enjoys having a variety of tasks to do and interacting with a broad range of people.
This role requires excellent Microsoft office skills, database experience, the ability to multi task as well as professional and sensitive interpersonal skills.

Essential Requirements:
Excellent Communication Skills both verbal and written as well as sensitive telephone communication skills
Ability to deal with sensitive and confidential issues
Excellent Computer skills and experience of using Microsoft packages including Word, Excel, e-mail and PowerPoint
Previous Administration role
Ability to record, analyse and interpret complex and sensitive information
Demonstrate Sensitivity & Understanding of needs of patients and carers
Understands meaning of Confidentiality and Information Governance
Desirable Requirements:
Experience of working in a health/social care environment
Understanding of system’s and processes
