Most Hello Molly will take back items bought within 30 days, but you won’t be able to get your money back. Instead, the company will give you store credit that you can use to buy other things from them.

With Hello Molly’s return policy, you can send back most items within 30 days of buying them. In contrast to other companies, they won’t give you your money back. Instead, store credit will be given for every return. Hello Molly only lets you trade items with other customers in their range.
If you want store credit, you should return your orders in good enough shape that they can be sold again. There are a lot of products that aren’t very clean. You can’t send underwear or beauty products back to Hello Molly.
