Immediate start Finance Assistant

Looking for experience Finance Assistant who is able to start immediately.

· Leading Accounts Payable function

· Matching, batching and coding of purchase invoices

· Matching/reconciling purchase invoices with GRN (Goods Received Notes)

· Inputting supplier invoices into Sage Line 50 and liaising with suppliers

· Inputting Staff Expenses

· Paying supplier invoices as per payment terms

· Reconciling sales against cash and cards

· Reconciling petty cash

· Reconciling corporate credit cards

· Weekly/Monthly KPI Reporting

· Maintain/update cashbook

· Performing Bank Reconciliations for all UK and foreign Accounts

· Updating/uploading Daily Sales/credit on Sage

· Maintaining and reconciling Fixed Assets Register

· Assist in the month end accounts process

· Monthly balance sheet reconciliation

Requirements

Prior experience with Sage Line 50 would be advantageous. Required to travel to multiple location between Eton to London. Accuracy with an emphasis on attention to detail. General overall IT skills, especially strong Excel Skills, as candidate will be expected to use different online systems. Proactive and open-minded person. Willingness to learn and cooperate and hard working Ability to work independently and to take on responsibilities.
