Our client based in Bournemouth are seeking a Telecare Services Administrator who will provide administrative and financial support to the Telecare Team. You will be scheduling assessments and installations and liaising with members of the public, GP’s and Hospital Teams.
Main Duties:
Liaising with internal departments and members of the public
Schedule appointments and Telecare Assessments
To book in faults and arrange recovery of equipment
Support the team with testing and programming stock
Maintain stock database
To prepare client invoices and to be the main point of contact for any invoice queries
Ad hoc administrative tasks
Candidate Profile
Proficient IT skills
Experience of dealing with vulnerable service users
Knowledge of processing financial data
Confident communicator
Ability to prioritise work load to meet deadlines
Additional Information
Training on products and equipment will be given
