ChildLine provides a confidential phone and online counselling service for any child with any problem.
Volunteer counsellors use counselling skills to offer support, comfort and advice to children and young people who contact ChildLine.
Currently we can’t answer every contact - can you help us change that?
No previous experience of counselling is needed, as full training and support is provided. You will gain worthwhile communication skills and experience of working in a team environment.
