East Hall is a large studio space split across two floors with 900 sqft on the ground and 500 sqft on the mezzanine level. The space has running water and good access from 2 locations, ideal for large amounts of incoming and outgoing post. Alternatively, the studio could house a large team with many electrical points distributed around the space for this purpose. Part of the studio boasts high ceilings which also present an opportunity for a large amount of storage space.
Hackney Downs Studios is home to over 135 creative studio spaces / creative offices / workshops / coworking studios and workspaces. It’s also home to Autumn Yard cafe and shops including the Well Garden wellbeing centre, London Loom weaving workshop and Low Company, a new record store. We host a weekly vegan market in collaboration with Fat Gay Vegan.
