Benchmark Lettings is built on the back of 20 years’ experience in the property industry in Edinburgh, Midlothian and East Lothian. Members of our team have been property managers, letting agents, tenants and landlords, and we know the property market inside and out.

We offer four levels of service, all at a fixed price: Full-Management, Let-Only, Advertise only and rent only. We also provide bespoke services, for landlords, such as inventory services, inspections and holiday cover.
