Our client purchased 2 licenses to operate Menchies Frozen Yoghurt franchise stores that have not been used, and he is now selling them at a substantial discount to his purchase price. Prospective operators of a Menchies franchise in the US or UK can make substantial savings by buying the licenses from our client instead of direct from the Menchies group. Menchies is the largest frozen yoghurt franchise globally, with over 400 stores in the USA alone.

Each license is partially paid, and will require an additional payment to become fully activated. Each license has a face value of US$48,000, and our client has paid for 50% of each license (US$24,000, equivalent to approximately £18,500). Our client will sell each partially paid license at £16,000, or nearest offer. Note that the buyer will then need to pay Menchies Group an additional US$24,000 to make each license fully operational, and then invest to develop a site to open as a Menchies outlet.
