Loft Conversion

We are creating, replacing and improving any type of loft conversion; simple Velux, dormer, hip to gable or mansard conversion, including all electric, plumbing works, full bathroom installation in your loft.

We are experienced roofers, undertake roof repair, replace or new roof build.

What does are mean?

Velux Conversion – The roof stays the same shape and accommodation is created within the existing space.

Here we use Skylight roof windows, set into the existing roof line, to give natural light and ventilation. If the costumer wishing possible to build a bathroom ,or wardrobe, storage space.

Dormer Conversion – The roof may be extended by building dormers on the roof thereby creating more space more comfortable inside. Absolutely ideal for an En-Suite. Dormers may be of different designs, e.g. flat or pitched roofed and vary in dimensions.

Hip to gable conversion – If your property is detached or semi-detached, and has a hip-end roof. They are also suitable to create for En-Suite, but may be possible to build 2 bedroom and bathroom or, 1 bedroom with bathroom and walking wardrobe. Definitely with this options get the biggest space if your roof is hip-end.
