Buzz People Recruitment are proud to be working with a worldwide Logistics company based in Nursling Southampton. Our client is seeking professional and customer-focussed 7.5 Tonne drivers who are able to work on their own initiative and have the passion to deliver first class customer service.

Our client routinely handle goods from many retailers, including a wide and varied selection of products, consisting of mattresses, bicycles and other assorted items both light and heavy. All candidates have to be physically capable of loading/unloading heavy goods from warehouse to lorry then lorry to customers premises whilst keeping a smile on your face.

The 7.5 Tonne Multi Drop Driver delivers products to the required premises ensuring all customers receive exceptional service as part of a multi drop delivery route. The 7.5 Tonne Multi Drop will ensure that all products are transported safely to the customers’ premises, treating their freight as if it were their own.

Essential Criteria:

CPC trained

Must hold the relevant licence for the class of vehicle

Good geographical knowledge

Takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service

Problem Solver – Working to resolve customer problems at the point of delivery

Ability to build rapport with customers

Proven track record of driving vehicles in a safe and legal manner ensuring compliance with all legal requirements.

Hours: 07:00 – 18:00 Monday to Friday

Salary: £29,000.00

No more then 6 points on Driving Licence due to insurance restrictions
