You are able to hire our studios at affordable rates with or without engineering!
Perfect for singer-songwriter needing to record a quality sounding EP with a Noatune engineer. The studio is at the same time fantastic for producers, composers, mix engineers etc who needs regular access to a high spec music production studio and wish to save the engineering rates and work by themselves or their own engineers.
There are options to hire one off sessions e.g. for a writing sessions with the artists you work with or take a monthly deal with a number of discounted sessions per month on an ongoing basis!
With the monthly deal you do commit to a minimum monthly price , but the included sessions can be altered to suit your other commitments.
This studio has 24-hour access – so if you book an evening slot or full day session – you can choose to stay and work all night.

DRY HIRING THE STUDIO WITHOUT AN ENGINEER:
Users must have engineering skills or bring an engineer to hire in studio B unless booked with a Noatune assistant / engineer.
Each day in Studio B is divided into 3 slots.
Time slots available Monday – Sunday:
– Weekly morning slot 07:00 – 14:00
– Weekly afternoon slot 14:00 – 20:00
– Weekly evening slot 20:00 – 07:00
All above time slots for studio B can be hired as one-off bookings /dry hire (6hrs or more) or you can take a monthly discounted deal with one or more fixed weekly sessions and pay monthly.
The weekly slots can be changed in an online calendar – so you do have some flexibility with the monthly deal.
RATES
FLEXIBLE / ONE-OFF bookings in B:
£79 per session (Either morning, afternoon or evening)
£149 per 24-hour full day session.

MONTHLY DEALS in Studio B
£169 per month for one slot per week (Morning, afternoon or evening).
+ book any additional slots you need at a great discounted "monthly user price" in the online calendar.
For two or more fixed slots per week , please ask for quote!
Terms of booking:
Deposit required on booking confirmation. £200.
For one off bookings deposit is refunded within 2 working days.
For monthly hire – deposit is refunded only after last session.
We will also ask you for ID and proof of address
Studio benefits:

– Studios are located in Netil House, that has top roof bar/cafe and a cafe inside as well where you can work on your computer before or after your booking.
