Site Manager and Experienced delivery / multi-drop drivers required for our Croydon depot
Synergy Courier Services Ltd are seeking an experienced logistics manager and 3.5ton (e.g. long wheel based sprinter) & 7.5ton drivers to fulfil immediate requirements at our Croydon depot.
We offer exceptional rates of pay (weekly) and the provision of a Company Vehicle (less than 3 years old).
Key accountabilities
Manager
General overseeing of the account
Ensure key service targets are hit
Performance spreadsheets
Fleet management
Day to day managing of drivers
Recruitment
Driver
Sorting and loading parcels in the morning.
Multi-drop deliveries and collections throughout the day aprox 50 stops per day.
De-Brief every evening to ensure completion & compliance.
Full training and support will be given regarding your round and company procedures.
Damage checks and mileage logs are taken on a regular basis.
Experience and Qualifications:
An experienced manager and an experienced delivery driver, with a professional manor and good command of the English language.
25 Years of age and over for insurance reasons. (Min 2 years UK road experience)
No more than 6 penalty points (only SP30`s) NO DD or DR Endorsements.
Flexible with a good attitude towards your work.
Smart appearance, clean and tidy.
CRB check to be completed before confirmed offer of engagement.
On application full DVLA license checks will take place.
