IT FIELD SERVICES TECHNICIAN

Mploy is recruiting on behalf of our client who are launching a project to deploy newly imaged PCs to a number of sites covering Bournemouth, Poole and Salisbury and require an enthusiastic person to assist with the rollout.
Responsibilities:
Imaging desktop and laptops with existing WDS images and deploying the machines on site to our internal staff base
Assisting staff with change of use between old and new systems
Call logging in an ITIL based system
In order to be considered for the role you will need:
Some experience in Field Service role
Proven customer service skills and experience of handling staff interactions in a professional manner
Experience of working within an ITIL structured department
Strong Microsoft Windows 7 Pro skills
Knowledge of Microsoft Office 2010 and above
Knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server 2008/2008 R2/2012, Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange version 2013 for troubleshooting purposes
Experience of configuring PCs and Laptops from Microsoft WDS Build Server
Full clean driving license
