We are a small online E-commerce and repair service company based in Acton W3 we are searching for a highly organised, detail-oriented and experienced Bookkeeper and PA to work on a part-time basis.

Bookkeeping duties include but not limited to:

-Bank reconciliation, supplier invoices, payroll, employee annual leave management, PAYE reporting, quarterly VAT return preparation and submission, employee expenses, communicate with accountants, paying invoices and bills for the company and the directors personal affairs.

– keeping customers accounts up to date and sending statements when required, allocating payments made to their accounts etc.

– dealing with company letters and mail – responding to emails etc.

-Knowledge of Excel essential and Sage preferable

PA duties include but not limited to:

-General office admin work, ordering of supplies, booking trips for director, social media management, running errands in town, assistance with event planning

-Organising directors personal paperwork like paying bills, writing letters, organising personal affairs of director in full including checking and opening mail.

A full non-disclosure contract will need to be signed by both parties before job commences.

– PART TIME 3-5 Hrs a week.

– £8-£10 per hour depending on skill set.
