Finance Manager – Global Investment Bank

Company client is sourcing a Finance Manager to join a FTSE 100 Listed Global Investment Bank, responsible for overseeing all aspects of Financial Control, Financial Reporting and other ad hoc financial reporting.
Reports to: Financial Controller for Holdings Plc.
Key Responsibilities:
* Year-end external reporting disclosures
* Oversight of financial control and financial reporting processing
* Overseeing the production of analysis and review of the monthly and quarterly results of the company
* Managing month end close process and reporting statutory numbers up to group for consolidations
* Production of MI packs to go up to CAO for review
* Liaise with counterparts in Treasury and Product Control
* Lead the management of key stakeholder relationships
Key Requirements:
* Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
* Experience in a similar Financial Control and Financial Reporting role in a financial institution
* Good working knowledge of IFRS
* A broad understanding of financial budgets/statements/models
