Part time Accountants/Bookkeeper

As independent (self employee) service provider for Bookkeeping and Accountancy work to small and medium scale of business in the London Since 2005.

Our role of work mainly, to prepare and make complete business accounts up to final trial balance from details with records provided by the employer, as at part time basis either with the employer’s office or home basis work. Immediate reporting to the directors and carry on work with company directors as well. Conversation with statutory accountants for the year end reports and any tax office issues related with VAT CIS Payroll and other routine point of works.

Practice Area:

Bookkeeping & Accounting services:

Purchase book, Sales book, Bank book and Reconciliation work, Cash book and other subsidiary books if require as per nature of business, up to final trial balance.

Accounts Software: Sage Line 50 accounts, Quick books (Premier Version)

Payroll work:

We are in use of Sage Payroll, Money soft payroll to work for routine payroll services to small and medium clients with RTI systems, work place Pension scheme.

HMRC returns Services:

VAT: Quarterly

CIS: CIS300 Monthly returns, Verifications of subcontractor’s status, new subcontractors to take in to the CIS 300 returns before payments.

PAYE (RTI): Weekly, Monthly according to RTI systems requirements

Bank Account: Status require day to clear balance, and as well in transits.

Tax Return: Self assessment and Corporation tax returns

Companies House returns:

To register/open new company with companies house, Annual returns as well Abbreviated Accounts to send and also other services require deal with companies’ house fulfilment.
