SAGE EXPERIENCED BOOKKEEPER REQUIRED FOR CONSTRUCTION COMPANY – MATERNITY COVER

We are currently recruiting for maternity cover from July 2018 -January 2019.

SAGE LINE 50 CIS Knowledge essential

Looking for an experienced bookkeeper in Sage for a friendly Irish Construction Company – must have knowledge of all aspects of Sage including, but not limited to the following:

Entering supplier invoices from both the purchase order stage and also batch invoice approx. up to 1000 a month.

Project costing and nominal code.

Entering sales invoices.

Bank reconciliation.

Supplier account reconciliation – to also including the end of month payment run.

Entering CIS supplier invoices and deducting CIS where relevant -filing of CIS return.

Filing of VAT return each quarter.

Must be able to work under direction and also independently.

Must have proven Sage knowledge as this will be a part of the interview process.

Will be required to work from 9- 5pm office based in Harrow on the Hill.

Sound knowledge of Microsoft office also required.
