Hello there yoga family, why not come & join me for some yoga fun & relaxation on Saturday mornings?

Time: WEEKLY Saturdays 10am (arrive from 9.45am for 10am start).

Venue: St. Nicholas Community Centre, Skirbeck Road, Boston. Lots of free off-road parking!

Price: £8 per person for an hour of yoga & relaxation – usually around 45mins yoga movement/asana & 15mins relaxation/meditation time.

Level: Suitable for beginners & up – all ages, abilities & genders are welcome.

I have 10 studio mats available – please bring your own mat if you have one.

I aim to make my classes friendly, fun & inclusive – I always encourage diversity.

My mantra is “yoga for everybody, yoga for EVERY body!”.

Classes will run weekly at this time & venue.
