Working within a market leading company, you will be part of a diverse customer service team based in Kettering. You will work alongside your colleagues to provide excellent customer service to Specsavers stores in the UK, Republic of Ireland, Netherlands & Spain, as well as building strong relationships with our colleagues in Hungary & the Nordics.
You will receive ongoing optical training so that in time you will be able to offer technical support to your customers. Although the majority of your calls will be in English, you will use your language skills when necessary.
