I live in a beautiful converted Victorian ground floor home in Balham. There are no estates in my area and the opposite side of my room is Tooting Bec Common. I live walkable distance of Balham Overground and underground Station. Also, Tooting Bec Underground Station. Sainsburys, Boots, Resturants, GP’s, Hospital etc are close bye. It takes 20minutes to get to West End via train. Chelsea, Fulham and Richmond are a 15/20 minute drive from my home. Brixton is 10minutes via tube. Wimbledon is a 15minute journey via train and car. It takes a 15/20minute drive to South East

London. My home is in a very lovely, safe location to lots of places.

I have a small kitchen, two double rooms, big living room, storage cupboards and a small garden. My rent us £204 a week and my council tax is with Wandsworth one of the cheapest boroughs.

I am looking for a three or four bedroom house in London in a safe area.
