We have a database of over 500 clients and an active client base of around 200 high net worth clients. Our accounts are all up to date and so are our returns with the FCA. The reason for selling is due to genuine personal circumstances. We are a small firm with two offices in the UK and have passport permissions to carry out activities in Europe. Our permissions also allow us to arrange and transmit orders on behalf of our Retail and Professional clients. We are due to obtain permission shortly to Manage Investments on a discretionary basis, including most assets classes and contracts for difference. We have built up a solid compliance infrastructure and dedicated a great deal of time and resources to building strong compliance and a good relationship with our regulators the FCA.
