SWAP Room/little one room flat in central London, for whole house in Alicante by the sea

I´m now living in London, with a long term contract, but I have a large flat in Alicante-SPAIN (3 bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen,living-room, balcony, parkplace, with sea sights from all the rooms and just 100 mts. to it, sauna, very quite place but near everywhere…) I´m not using.
