IT Service Officer
Temporary Contract Until 30 November 2019
SCP 16-19 (£18,091 – £20,348)
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a temporary IT Service Officer within the IT Service Delivery Team. Reporting directly to the IT Service Desk Team Leader, the post holder will work on the IT Service Desk and provide a single point of contact for all IT related issues. Applicants must be able to demonstrate:
Excellent customer service skills (essential)
Experience of working within a service delivery environment (desirable)
Experience within an IT Support role in a Corporate environment (desirable)
Knowledge of Microsoft desktop applications (essential)
Knowledge of ITIL Service Management guidelines (desirable)
The nature of this IT role requires the post holder to work at other locations or other workplaces, as directed by our client.
