Large kitchen and café space is available to rent within a recording and dance studio complex, with existing trade including; choirs and children’s pop parties on a regular basis, as well as general studio sessions, singing and music lessons and dance classes.

The cafe can be used to serve both River Studios clients and outside catering. Current owners wish to concentrate on core business, but appreciate the facilities available.

Open hours are from 9am to 11pm during the week and weekends until 5-6pm.

Kitchen includes; fridge and chest freezer, microwave, kettle, hot water urn. As well as, double sinks and plenty of cupboard and surface space, along with tables and chairs available to serve food and drinks.

£85 per week includes; council tax, water, heating and electric.
