Flat consists of medium sized balcony, bathroom, hallway and living area, re-decorated walls and flooring, built in wardrobes and plenty of cupboard space, pets welcome, separate garage in communal area downstairs, off-road parking.

Rent is £272 per month, council tax is £67 for one person, water is £18.76 per month. Other bills are really cheap e.g. Gas is currently £12 per month.

We are looking for a one bedroom or more house/flat/maisonette with pets allowed. Garden would be great but not essential.

Areas: Fareham, Portchester, Paulsgrove, Gosport, Titchfield. Other areas may be considered depending on distance.
