As an Infrastructure Technician at NTT Data you will:

Provide support to NTT Data’s internal and external customers and help them to be as efficient as possible when using technology

Use tools to solve problems and troubleshoot non-routine issues

Set people up on systems and provide ongoing support when required

Rectify problems to maintain the organisations’ continued productivity
