Travel partner / Flatmate wanted for Cyprus

I am currently in UK and am planning on a relocation to Cyprus in October 2018 and would like to find a flatmate willing to share the rent and bills 50/50 for at least one year. (cheaper rents are always long term as opposed to much more expensive short term holiday lets)

I don’t really care what age I share with so long as we get along.

Not looking for any kind of sexual relations!

I’m not particularly materialistic and can live quite frugally. For me it’s about cheaper rents, better weather and getting out there before Brexit happens next March.

Preference given to anyone with a residual income or with a trade that can easily be transferred to Cyprus.

I am in Manchester so also preference given to anyone from northwest (easier to meet).
