We look forward to welcoming you to our 1 bedroom comfortable roof apartment for Holiday Rental located in a quiet residential area just one hundred and twenty steps from the long, natural Calis beach.
Calis is part of Fethiye larger town which is a working town for local Turks and is therefore not too touristy. You can experience Turkish customs all around. Previous international guests enjoyed a relaxing beach holiday, with their families. Calis beach has especially good amenities for kids and teenagers. Within minutes you can relax on the beach or watch glorious sunsets before dinner.
Calis is a flat resort, excellent for walking and you will enjoy a stroll along its casual promenade, known locally as ‘the strip’. You can rent bicycles near us and enjoy pleasant cycling routes too.
50 metres from us is a grocery store and a children’s playground with pergola and an open gym. A few metres the other way is a greengrocer open stall. A twelve minute walk brings you to Calis beachside watersports centre offering kite or wind-surfing, or a shady table under the trees to take a cooling drink.
Apartment is situated on the upper floor affording partial sea views in a three storey building. It sleeps up to 4 guests.
Offers American style kitchen-living room with a large balcony leading off kitchen, with additional outdoor dining furniture, your BBQ, a bathroom with shower, Bedroom 1 with a double bed. Two sofa beds in the sitting room provides for two further guests. Apartment is fully air conditioned.
On the flowerpot terrace below you may relax on a sun lounger by the pool, children can use the paddling pool. All inside a walled garden, minutes from the beach.
Only 50 minutes from Dalaman airport, we have been hosting international guests since 2011. Our professional agent can arrange your airport transfer or car rental, if required.
Rental rate shown is 7 nights in August, nightly rate 60 GBP, Sept 1-15 2018 nightly rates 54 GBP, 16-30 Sept 46 GBP. Oct 1 – Nov 15 2018 40 GBP. Weekly rates are less 5%. For other dates please ask for a quote. Minimum stay 3 nights.
Entry clean, electricity/gas/water supply and Wi-fi charges are included in rental price for short lets under 65 days. Apartment can be rented from three nights to one month, discounted accordingly. To secure your reservation we accept bank transfer of a 30% deposit, or credit card payments and payment receipts will be issued.
