THE COMPANY

Our Client has a long and successful trading history spanning over 25 years. They specialise in the manufacture, sales and distribution of a range of microbial additive products, bio stimulants and microbial fertilisers for plant growth. The Company distributes products to over 500 clients in the

UK directly and to over 200 international clients through an established network of distributors. The brand is recognised throughout northern Europe in particular. The company also supplies microbial formulations to agricultural suppliers for own label production.

THE MARKET

The Company currently supply product to the agricultural, horticultural, irrigation & water and turf markets. 95% of physical production, packaging and distribution is sub-contracted and as such the Company could be relocated to any locality in the UK or internationally if required.

They benefit greatly from high levels of repeat and word of mouth business due to their longevity and expertise in the market. They have an unrivalled position in the industry in that they dominate certain niches within their chosen markets, and have forged strong relationships with specialist suppliers and sub-contract manufacturers. Products (microbial concentrates) are formulated in-house using microbes produced by specialist fermenters and the knowledge and skills acquired over many

years. Most formulations are unique to the Company and closely guarded. They not only supply product but also knowledgeable advice and training to their customers to ensure they meet their needs.
