We are a group offering a variety of fitness and social events in Edinburgh city centre. There are six weekly fitness classes with socialising (and free food) after each one.

Every couple of weeks there are larger social events with everyone from the different classes. The strong social element creates a very fun, friendly and unique environment to train in class.

We have almost two hundred people in our group, and it is still growing very fast.
