Warrington to Hitchin Home swap

Hi, I have a 2 bedroom end of terrace house in a lovely area of Warrington, Cheshire. I am looking to swap with someone for a 3 bed near Hitchin in Hertfordshire. (I am open to areas, but ideally it’d be a village location). My house is in a lovely area with nice neighbours etc, so something like for like in that respect is what im after. If interested please let me know and i’ll send you some pictures.
