Well Established Plumbing and Heating Business
I run a long established, Gas Safe, plumbing & heating business in Aylesbury that turns over approximately £85k per year with a gross profit of £37k.
Due to a change in personal circumstances I have decided to permanently relocate and have carefully considered what to do with the business and customer base I have built up. After much thought I realise that it will not be practical to keep my Aylesbury based business while living away from the area.
For that reason, I have decided to sell my business in its entirety. Included in this sale is
• Entire customer database
• 1st Page Google Ranking
• Google Reviews
• Checkatrade Account
• Email address
• Phone Number
• An undertaking not to work in the area again
• Social Media accounts
As I plan to leave the area by August 2018 the business is priced to sell fast with a reduced asking price of £8,100 (offers welcome)
Are the customers loyal to the plumber rather than the business?
All our customer come to us because we turn up when we say we will and do a good job. This would need to be maintained to keep these customers.
Couldn’t I just put this money into advertising?
Yes, you could but this business has approximately 300 customers who will all be looking for a plumber once we leave. Also, with the website SEO being set up 8 years ago- the website has a high ranking which saves time as well as money.
Isn’t it only the email and phone number that are being sold?
No, having a phone number and email does not get work in, the listings, website, Google ranking and social media accounts are what brings the customers in.
I already have Website, checkatrade and google listing, will you sell the rest separately?
Yes, we understand that some people may already have a lot of these listings and the price is negotiable depending on the services required.
