West Yorkshire Based Engineering Business

Due to health issues I have decided to sell my engineering business.

My business is based around the Halifax / Leeds area of West Yorkshire.

We have been carrying out subcontract machining and fabrication work for over 25 years..

We have a broad customer base which covers many different industries, our biggest customer is approximately 5% of our turnover.

We sub out no work, and have complete control of our work quality and scheduling.

On the fabrication side of the business we can shear and fold up to 3 meters, we CNC plasma cut in house and can fabricate in steel, stainless steel and aluminium. We have three fully time served skilled fabricators.

On the machining side of the business we have seven fully time served, skilled machinists. We have six CNC lathes, three bar feed lathes, two manual lathes (one of which is 4 meters long). We also have three CNC milling machines, and two vertical machining centers as well as saws, surface grinding, cylindrical grinding and slotting.

We manufacture items in many materials including Steel, Stainless Steel, Aluminium, brass, bronze and various plastics.

The business is currently trading from a leasehold property, with a long lease in place. But the landlord is happy to release my business from the lease if a buyer would like to re site the business.
