For Sale AP £1,500,000 T/O £300k EBITDA £200,000

Here is a rare opportunity to acquire a worldwide workplace occupancy monitoring supply company with its own patented products. The company is relocatable anywhere in the world.

The company has evolved from the end client necessity to provide a complete real time PRODUCT solution to make informed business decisions regarding their workspace utilisation maximising their owned/leased portfolio and minimise the associated operational running costs for many blue chip clients such JCI,, CISCO, ENTRA, JLL, SONY. The company has a wealth of knowledge and practical experience in the built environment and automotive industries, which will be transferred to the new owners during an agreed handover period.

The company provides real-time occupancy sensor data to enable real-time workspace visualisation and booking systems for the workplace environment. The sensors provide real-time monitoring of, workplace desk, meeting rooms, hot desking, phone booths and breakout areas.

The globally patented RF occupancy technology is battery powered, with battery life lasting up to three years or alternatively an option for powered sensors @3.3v for workplace desk manufacturers. It does not need configuration using a lick-and-stick method of installation and it provides real-time data using the RF network which is independent of the client’s IT infrastructure.

The reason for the sale is to allow the current owners to invest in another business non related and pursue other interests.
